Academic backbone of Shaanxi University of Science &Technology, associate dean of the School of Management &Economics. He has been engaged in financial management and scientific research for a long time in Postal Savings Bank of China and The Training Center of China Post Group Corporation. He got a doctor’s degree of management from Shanghai university in December 2013, and got a post-doctoral degree in management science and engineering from Fudan university in November 2016. He has been teaching at the School of Management &Economics of Shaanxi University of Science &Technology since in December 2016.He is the director of the Northwest Smart City Research Center, the member of the Expert Committee of the China Smart City Forum and the China Smart City Working Committee of China Law Association on Science &Technology. He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in management science and engineering, environmental cooperative governance, environmental finance and other aspects. In recent years, he has made much outstanding academic achievements in interdisciplinary fields such as environmental cooperation governance and green finance. He presided over one project on the National Social Science Foundation of China, one project on the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, more than 20 other projects of Provincial and Ministerial Level. In addition, He published one monograph, more than 40 academic papers in important journals at home and abroad, including 16 papers in SSCI/SCI of international journals such as Journal of the Air & Waste Management Association, European Journal of Operational Research, Atmospheric Pollution Research, Operations Research Letters (among of them have 8 SSCI papers), 16 papers in the "System Engineering-Theory & Practice" and other Chinese core journals. Many policy recommendations were adopted by the government and won awards.
