Dr. Jianhong Tao is an Associate prof. for School of Economics and management of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology(SUST). He received his Ph.D. in Enterprise Management from the School of Economics & management, Northwest University(China), in 2014, a Master degree in Management from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2005, and a Bachelor degree in Management Engineering from SUST in 2001.
His research interests focus on the Human Resource Management Theory and Practice and Organizational Behavior-individuals, teams, organizations, managing diversity, self-managed teams and organizational culture- to support better enterprise performance. He has published more than 30 papers. His research has appeared in journals such as Forecasting, Scientific management Research, Science and Technology Progress and policy, Commercial Age, Guangming Daily,Soft Science. He received some honors such as Excellent Teacher of SUST, Advanced Individual of Discipline Construction of SUST,Excellent CPC member of SUST, The Third prize of Teaching of SUST.
He published a monograph named Impact of Top Management Team Behavior Characteristics on Enterprise Innovation Performance. His research has been funded by the Humanities and Social Sciences of Shaanxi Provincial Education Department, Project of Shanxi Province education science "twelfth five-year" Plan and National Social Science Fund Project(The Second Collaborator).
